Online Consultation on a Theory of Change for the GPEDC until 15 April

GPEDCHow does change happen?  Why is progress slow to happen?  The Global Partnership for Effective Development Co-operation (GPDEC) Monitoring Advisory Group has developed a theory of change, that highlights challenges, issues and directions in achieving more effective development co-operation through the Global Partnership and aims to explore why there has been progress in some areas since Busan, but limited advances in others.  The Monitoring Advisory Group is seeking views on this theory of change until 15 April. This consultation is open to all interested stakeholders (including developing country governments, development co-operation providers and non-state actors) and will take place on the Global Partnership Teamworks community site. All comments should be provided directly through the Teamworks platform; you will be asked to join the Global Partnership community space to provide written input.
