Human and Institutional Capacity Development Specialist, Social Impact

Social Impact is seeking senior level Human and Institutional Capacity Development Specialists for Focus On Results: Enhancing Capacity Across Sectors in Transition II – Human and Institutional Capacity Development (FORECAST II – HICD). 

Requirements:

• MUST be either a HPT-certified and/or a HPI-certified expert. Do not apply if you are not certified in one or both of these capacities.
• Have at least 10-15 years of HICD-related experience, such as conducting performance assessments in organizational performance and workgroup performance.
