The Goodwill Social Work Centre in partnership with Global Links Initiative (GLI), UK has taken up ‘NGO Management and Capacity Building Programmes for NGOs and civil society groups which include Social entrepreneurs, NGO administrators, development professionals, School teachers and school children under the aegis of The Funding Network, United Kingdom keeping in the following objectives:
- To assist in improving organisational effectiveness with an emphasis on governance, management practices, human resources, financial resources, service delivery, external relations and sustainability.
- To facilitate a process of internal capacity strengthening to deliver more effective/efficient work.
- To develop competencies in organisational development (OD) and how to apply OD interventions.
